Thoughts.

It has been some time since I have written anything here. Still battling health problems, but am doing as well as can be with congestive heart failure and diabetes. Went to a heart failure class at Kaiser hospital here in Fresno today. The class was very interesting. Basically it was about sodium levels and fluid retention. Also how to do salt free cooking and what foods that are high in sodium.

I was going to get into the Obama royal tour of Europe. What the hell if the Europeans like him that well there has to be something very wrong with the man. European interests have always been counter to ours here in America. I myself do not want some wog from Europe having input into what's good for America! BTW the wog's start on the French side of the channel and proceed east.

On the other side of the political spectrum MaCain is still stuck in the cold war era. Saying that Russia should be kicked out of the G-8 organization. We need Russia to help fight the jhadists threat around the world. Old enemies can become friends with time look at Japan one of our staunchest allies.

Still hot here in Fresno. High 90's but going back to over 100 in the next 2 days. It is a dry heat and little humidity so it is good for my old bones. LOL
